In our experience, the perfect role may be in any country - why narrow your search to just one? Furthermore, each position is unique, and therefore may either require a candidate who is local and understands the nuances of the region, or it may be more appropriate to hire an individual who is not entrenched in the local community. It might also be important for a candidate to have specific language skills - so it might be worth brushing up your knowledge on a second language!

If you’re experienced in yacht work, we are able to offer a multitude of placements. Many of our clients are in need of skilled professionals who are able to spend their summer months sailing around the world. Working on a yacht provides excellent experience in thinking on your feet, and working with the resources at hand - even the most skilled and experienced of chefs might have to rethink their menu when they’re in the middle of the sea with no supermarket nearby.
If you’re not interested in cooking, we also have plenty of positions available for accomplished yacht stewards or stewardesses, as well as yacht pursers or maritime security. Our clients offer a wide range of positions on all manner of yachts, from a small and personal crew, to a large, fully staffed motor yacht.
If you’re looking for something a little more steady, why not consider working in a palace in the Middle East? There are many advantages to working abroad - firstly, you’ll be able to really jump into life in another country. Absorb the culture, language, food, and customs of another region, all while gaining new professional skills and experience. If you’re sick of grey and rainy England, and you’re wondering when summer might appear - why not chase the warmer weather all over the globe, all while working your dream job?

What can I do?
Almost anything that you can do here, you can do internationally. If you don’t have any specific language skills other than English, we’re confident we’ll still be able to find a place for you - we’ve got plenty of opportunities in North America, and have even made placements as far away as Australia.
Many of our international clients require nannies or governesses on permanent contracts - as a leading international recruitment agency, our reputation has travelled (if you’ll pardon the pun), and as a result, many of our clients come to us asking for multilingual nannies, or childcare experts that are able and willing to relocate to another country.
It’s all dependent on your skillset and what you’re hoping to get out of your placement. Perhaps you are looking to bring traditional British style butler services to an overseas residence, or maybe you’re one of our clients and you feel a different style of management might be required to optimise the performance of your international staff.
