Private Chef Job

Monaco Private Chef Job An incredible returning client of ours who is a professional athlete involved in motor sport is seeking an experienced and skilled Private Chef to join a private household located in Monaco. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in culinary arts, with proficiency in Mediterranean and athlete diets. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your talent and creativity in a high-profile, private setting. The position is live out and would require daily cooking for two Principals when they are in Monaco. The successful candidate would need to consult with the Athletes personal trainer (who sometimes joins for lunches and dinners) and the nutritionist to agree menu plans and dietary specifics. Responsibilities Creating customized menus based on the employer's Mediterranean diet and dietary requirements Selecting the finest fish, vegetables, and other nutritious ingredients Managing kitchen inventory and budget, shopping and keeping an  immaculate kitchen Always adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards Collaborating with household staff to ensure seamless dining experiences Flexibility around the changing schedule and availability for the client Cooking for 2 people on a daily basis (sometimes 3 with the trainer) Fridge filling for the following days lunch and breakfast Always be available to the athlete when he is in Residence Adapting to the ever-changing needs of the employer and upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence Interviews will take place via video initially Qualifications Proven experience as a Private Chef in households with Mediterranean cuisine Preferably experience with high protein diets and previous consultative work with sports figures Strong understanding of dietary restrictions and food allergies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of privacy and boundaries in a HNW environment Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing schedules Formal culinary training and relevant certifications are a plus Proficiency in English and Spanish is required Day-to-day On a day-to-day basis, the Private Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing exquisite meals tailored to the employer's dietary requirements. This includes carefully sourcing ingredients, managing kitchen operations, and collaborating with other household staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. The role also involves adapting to the ever-changing needs of the employer and upholding the highest standards of culinary excellence, as well as always being available to the client whenever they are in residence. The position would allow the successful candidates  to take other work in the local area and there is a preference to find an Auto Entrepreneur with accommodation of their own at a commutable distance to Monaco.   Salary: €5,000 NET per month JOB ID: 133513

5-star Butler Job

5-star Butler Job in a Private Members Hotel working in both a Corporate and Private Household capacity, Oxfordshire Our client, a private members hotel, has a butler role that has become available in Oxford. This great opportunity is perfect for an experienced butler who is looking for a mixed corporate and private household role, as this is a hybrid position. Most of the time you will be looking after VVIPs whilst they stay at the hotel in a butler role, very little hospitality involved. The remainder of the job will be a family butler for the owner and his family, who have built a house on the grounds and split their time between Oxford and Scotland. Key Responsibilities This role is part of the Butler team. There is a Head Butler and the successful candidate will be part of a team of 5 Butlers. When the family are in residence, the candidate will help them (this isn't often). The role will work out roughly as 75% of the candidates working time will be spent at the hotel. The owner and family do sometimes go to Scotland (included in the 25%). The role will be unpacking, packing, luggage, meeting and greeting guests and doing drinks service. Also assisting in organising activities for the guests. And doing afternoon tea. No other hospitality involved. To be introduced pre-arrival to assist in handling riders and any requests the booking may have and as well as itinerary building. The organization and logistics behind providing services from; packing to unpacking, providing transport, private dining, dry cleaning, pressing, small events and all onsite activations. Ensuring all rider requests are organized and sense checked prior to guest arrival and liaising with other departments to ensure any action points are understood. To play a role in setting up the house with HSK and IRD to the booking’s preferences on the day of arrival. Meet and room members/guests upon arrival and act as a central point of contact throughout their stay. Provide a personal number to members / guests so they can utilize and speak with the Butler team directly. Be on hand to assist member / guest with their departure schedule, ensuring this process is smooth and uncomplicated. Strong product and brand knowledge across both properties. • Understand all technical details needed to ensure all the property’s systems work as expected and feel comfortable in identifying and proactively fix any issue may arise. Ability to attend difficult situations with an outstanding problem-solving attitude. Run errands offsite to provide a rememberable experience by going above and beyond. Ensure key stakeholders, special guests and VIPs, receive personalized experiences including recognizing any celebrations that are important for our members and working with the GMs to activate things in their spaces. Ensuring any issues that may arise are dealt with immediately and to conclusion, logged accurately and promptly followed up. Be the point of contact for all member services and concierge like requests adding the warmth and magic through surprise moments. Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional for yourself and the team. Performing any other role as required Perks of the role £40,000 - £45,000 live out (can be negotiable dependant on salary expectations, for the right fit), plus estimated tips of between £3,000 - £5,000 Live out role but the company would support with relocation of candidate at first. The location is a 30-minute drive from Oxford, however there are plenty of local housing options. 40-hour contract. OT paid or TOIL
