We work with the best Lodge Cooks, who have a sound knowledge of sporting, country ways and understand that sporting lodges are often in remote locations, out of reach of local supermarkets and mobile phone signals. As well as extensive knowledge of cooking with game, fresh fish and other locally-sourced produce, your Lodge Cook will have great organisational skills but also be able to think on their feet and use their initiative in state-of-the-art kitchens and small, rarely-used spaces alike.
Our Lodge Cooks are used to dealing with challenges such as last minute changes to party-sizes, timings, dietary requirements and so on.
