Greycoat Lumley's client are seeking a Butler for their property in Fife, Scotland. The Butler will provide a full guest experience while staying at the exclusive use property.
If the Butler has a partner, they can work in the garden or in housekeeping.
Duties when guests are in residence:
Luggage to rooms on guest arrival
Arrival champagne reception
Arrival refreshments for guests
Afternoon tea service (home-made baking would be a nice touch)
Table set up for all meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Drinks service
Turndown service
Silverware management
Security
Duties when guests are not in residence:
Help with Housekeeping
General organisational help
Silverware management
Security (locking up)
Light maintenance
Outdoor assistance
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per year
Accommodation: 1 bed flat (kitchen, large bathroom, large living room, kingsize bedroom) a very nice property
