Butler / Villa Manager position - based near the heart of Florence, Italy 

We have a wonderful opportunity for a quintessential butler, live-in, for a luxury Villa based a short drive from the centre of Florence, Italy. This family of 4, will be moving into their newly built mansion at the end of 2025, so seek someone capable of assisting with this but mostly they want a "hands-on" well trained hospitably butler. 

Duties

  • Very much a typical Villa Butler postilion, first to rise, last to bed type role 

  • Assist with Service, Cleaning and organising of Wardrobes etc 

  • Assisting the Nanny and housekeepers

  • Supervision of standards, must do this from a lead from the front mentality 

  • Light Driving duties

  • Looking after the fleet of cars 

  • Cooking, good healthy meals, often just plating 

To be considered 

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Ideally basic Italian although fluency preferred 

  • Must have the right to work in Italy (EU Passport or VISA)

  • Have a reference verifiable background as a private butler 

  • This is live-in so no personal commitments that would make this difficult 

  • Flexibility on working days 

  • Some travel on occasion
