Property Management Couple in Amazing Zermatt & St Tropez

We are offering an incredible opportunity for a couple to manage a 6,000 square feet property in Zermatt, complete with a wellness area, ski and boot room as well as other amenities. The Winter Chalet will be the core focus of this position which will also include travel to one other property in France. The Chalet is in a ski-in, ski-out location and will be ready from October 2025 after undergoing refurbishment. The successful candidates will be onboarded at the families French property over the summer and must be able to drive.

The Principals who have three children travel between Switzerland, Dubai and France but the successful couple would not be required to travel or work in Dubai (where the family already has a team in place).

Responsibilities:  

  • Running the property like a small boutique hotel

  • Household Cooking

  • Housekeeping and laundry

  • Daily maintenance

  • Light gardening, snow clearing, and maintenance of exterior areas

  • Stocking and provisioning for the property

  • Experience with children is an advantage

Pre requisites:

  • European Nationals with E.U passports or Swiss B work Permits

  • Hardworking with a "sleeves up" mentality

  • Flexible on start date but prior to May 2025

  • Ability to adapt to the seasonality of demands

  • Professional and intuitive to needs

  • Respectful and down to earth personality

  • Must be available during the entire winter season

  • Candidates cannot have pets or dependents

Day-to-day:
The property will be the families main residence during the winter months, travel to the South of France during the summer season is required. The role involves maintaining high household cooking standards, daily laundry and housekeeping entertaining guests and ensuring their comfort and happiness when staying at the chalet, dealing with third parties and making reservations if required. They family likes their home to be run like a small boutique hotel. They are informal unless they are entertaining and expect a friendly but not familiar service with the ability to step up a gear when guests are in residence. The family enjoy an informal environment and would not expect a formal approach to service.
