Greycoat Lumley's client is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant for their Private Estate in Perthshire, Scotland. There are two of the Principals in permanent residence and a small team of staff working inside the property and outside in the grounds. This role will suit someone who can take on a variety of tasks from financial paperwork to putting wellies on for an external meeting. The role will evolve around the needs of the main Principal.
Duties include:
Upkeep and oversight of main residence and five other properties (utilities, project management of maintenance, renovations and liaising with contractors, onsite security)
Responsibility for and management of staff and payroll
Management of Estate/property finance, budgets, and general administration
Some diary management and travel arrangements
Personal finance and banking
Personal shopping
Entertaining – planning and organising
Ad hoc projects
Skills Required for the role:
Experience in and happy with small office environment - a team player
A calm professional, highly organised, loyal and discreet
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Flexibility, capable, reliable
Able to take initiative but also follow instructions with ability to prioritise when no two days are the same
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Start: March/April 2024
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 GPA
Hours: 40 per week - flexibility required over busy periods at the Estate
