House / Villa Manager Position - for the Caribbean Island of Barbados

A long standing multi-national client with luxury residences throughout the globe is now seeking a former Luxury / Super Yacht Chief Stewardess or Lead Service professional to manager a very large private residence on the holiday island of Barbados.
Duties:
- Hands-on House Manager position for a large 10 bedroom Villa
- Overseeing & Orchestrating events, parties and banquets
- Attending to the family & their guests needs
- Organising personal & household provisions & errands
- Ensuring that a premium hospitality is offered at all times
To be considered:
- Preference is for Caribbean, Barbados or Island experience
- Must be a native English speaker
- A provable & verifiable background as a Chief Stew, Head of Housekeeping, Head of Service, House Manager or luxury Resort Manager
- Ideally already transitioned into managing land based homes
- Must have managed a team of at least 10+ staff
- Must be a driver
- Must be good around small children
- Have a hospitality mindset
Benefits:
- Gross annual salary of circa £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience
- Completely separate accommodation provided near the residence
- A car will be provided
- 5 days a week when the principals are out of residence
