We invite you to apply as a House Manager for a Royal Household of Saudi Arabia. As the House Manager, you will be the linchpin of the royal residence, orchestrating the seamless operation of day-to-day activities while ensuring that the rich heritage and values of Saudi Arabia are upheld. You will lead a dedicated team, manage protocols that speak to the elegance of royal life, and create memorable experiences for both the royal family and their esteemed guests.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all household staff, ensuring impeccable service, training, and adherence to the highest standards of hospitality.
Manage a complex schedule of events, from intimate family gatherings to receptions, with an eye for detail and an instinct for style.
Serve as a liaison between the royal family and external entities, representing the household with diplomacy and grace.
Curate a culturally rich environment, integrating traditional Saudi customs with contemporary luxury to create unforgettable moments.
Salary Package
£78,000 NET per annum
1 months paid holiday per year
1 return flight home each year

Staff Management:
Train, and supervise household staff
Create work schedules for staff and ensure proper delegation of tasks
Ensure the smooth running of household activities, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.
Monitor performance and provide feedback
Oversee inventory and manage supplies for the home
Event Planning and Coordination
Ensure the house is properly prepared for any visitors or events.
Create a dinner menu and coordinate with the chef
Travel and Logistics
Oversee preparations of travel essentials for family trips.
Travel with the family if needed
Make reservations and run errands during travel
Personal Assistance
Provide personal assistance to family members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, or running errands.
Guest Management
Welcome and assist house guests, ensuring they have everything they need
Assisting with business tasks
Emailing on my behalf (coordinating with potential collaborators, coordinating with manufacturers)
May visit clients business to ensure everything is running smooth, check cleanliness, and provide feedback if anyone raises issues
Welcome work related guests and ensure they have everything they need
Childcare support Baby 3 months old (occasionally)
Assist with play date preparation
Ensure the kids safety if there are activities
Step in if one of the nannies become sick or can’t be there with her for any reason (if this is the case all other duties would be put on hold)
