Live in Couple Job in Gloucestershire
A fantastic opportunity for a Domestic Couple to work at a stunning property in the beautiful Cotswolds. This is a 2nd residence for a UHNW family who have 3 children and a dog. The family usually spend about 10-12 weeks a year at the property. The property consists of 10-12 bedrooms and sits within a very large estate.
Part Time Cleaners and a team of Gardeners are employed by the estate who will assist.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Housekeeping
Laundry, ironing, and fabric care
Provisioning for household
Informal cooking when the family are in residence
General maintenance of the property (basic repairs & DIY)
Maintaining all the systems
Overseeing contractors
Front of house duties when the family are in residence
Managing the other staff
Basic decorating (painting and filling in etc)
Basic handyman duties (fixing shelves etc)
Security of the property
Garden maintenance (lawn mowing, strimming, trimming, watering etc).
Use of garden machinery
Path & Driveway maintenance
Vehicle maintenance
Occasional driving duties (station and airport runs)
Maintaining garden machinery
Setting up things for the children when they visit, such as paddling pools, tents etc
Occasional animal care
The couple must have strong communicational skills and be organised and work to a high standard.
Start date: For the right couple
Working week: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (when the family are not in residence). When the family are in residence you will be expected to work weekends.
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience
Accommodation: 2 bedroom flat within the main property, with separate access. No pets allowed.
