Live in Housekeeper Cook Job in South Kensington

We have a lovely position for a returning client who is looking for a Live in Housekeeper to take care of a beautiful residence in South West London. This is a 2nd residence that is used by the principals for approximately 6/7 months a year. They have a 17 year at boarding school. The ideal candidates must be reliable, experienced, loyal and discreet. The principals have a dog.

Also employed is a Full time Live out Housekeeper and a Driver.

The candidate will be responsible for the running of the property and ensure the house is presented to a high standard at all times.

Duties to include:

Full Housekeeping
Laundry (including hand washing), ironing and fabric care
Running errands
Cooking a few times a week when the principals are in residence
Liaising with contractors and tradespeople
Pet care (dog walking etc)
Security, point of calls for the alarm systems

Start date: May / June

Accommodation: A 1 bedroom apartment in the basement with a separate entrance.

Hours: 5 days a week, weekend work when the principals are in residence

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
