Live in Housekeeper / Cook / Caretaker Job, Wimbledon

We have a wonderful opportunity for a responsible, self-motivated candidate to take care of a full-time family home, however early next year the couple will relocate, and the role will become more of a Caretaker position. The adult son will stay within the property also. The family have a small dog, so someone who is dog friendly is a must. Whilst the family are in residence you are required to complete the standard Housekeeper / Cook responsibilities.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Daily housekeeping (7 bedroom)
Regular cleaning once the family leave the residence
Laundry, linen and ironing
Informal cooking for the family of 3
Swimming pool
Liaise with contractors
Monitor maintenance
Gardening (Optional)
Pet friendly
Security
Alarm systems
Key holder
House sitting

Start date: As soon as possible

Working week: 5 days a week

Working hours: 40 / 45 hours per week

Salary: £40 - £43k

Accommodation: Self contained Flat, lower level, own entrance
