Live in or Live out Housekeeper Job, Mayfair, West London

We have a wonderful position for a professional and formal housekeeper to join a beautiful part time property in Mayfair. The ideal candidate will work to a high standard and work well with the current long standing head housekeeper. The candidate must love dogs.

Duties to include:

  • Formal housekeeping (6 storey home, a lift is within the house)

  • Laundry, linen, and ironing

  • Care of antiques and delicate items

  • Opening the home

  • Turn down service.

  • Packing and unpacking

  • Wardrobe management.

  • Support the Head Housekeeper in the kitchen.

  • Service when the principals entertain.

  • Dress the house.

  • Walk the dog 3 times a day.

  • Travel with the family, (Switzerland, and Greece)

  • Support other family members when the main principals are away.

You will be required to wear a uniform which is provided, this is a great role for a candidate who is looking for a varied role within a formal setting. When the principals are in residence it will require longer hours and additional days, which are repaid in time off in lieu.

Start date: Flexible for the right candidate.

Accommodation: Ensuite bedroom, basement level

Salary: £40k+ depending on experience

Working days: 5 days a week when the principals are not in residence.

Working Hours: 7.30am – 7.30pm with breaks (9.30pm when the family are in residence) Live in

Working Hours 9am – 5pm – Live out
