Full Time Live in Housekeeper in Jersey
A lovely family of four is looking to hire an experienced housekeeper to help with their five-bedroom house. The family has two children aged 9 and 11 years old. Completing the family are two little pet dogs.
The family employ gardeners.
Duties include:
- Cleaning
- Laundry and ironing
- Cooking when requested and when looking after the children (once or twice a week)
- Childcare – sometimes long weekends proxy parenting (once or twice a month)
- Dog sitting at time for long weekends
- Organising cleaners’ visits
- Running errands
- Driving – shopping & errands
- Supervision of the staff
- School runs
- Traveling is optional
The ideal candidate for this role will be flexible, hardworking, reliable, pet and child friendly, enjoys cooking, and has a valid driver's license. Uniform will be provided.
House: 5 bedrooms, 3 floors, and a pool
Accommodation: apartment above the garage (2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom)
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday; from 7am to 6pm (2 hours break); occasionally weekends
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 gross per annum
Start: As soon as the right person is found
