Live-in or live-out Housekeeper/Cook, Somerset,

A friendly family of 5 is looking for an experienced child-friendly Housekeeper/Cook, to assist in their home near Wells in Somerset. The family already employ a Nanny who looks after the children as well as a cleaner. The household can be fast-paced and needs someone energetic who will act as a host and general running of the household. Ideally, the person would have previous experience with UHNW guests and have great attention to detail. This is a live-in or live-out position.

Duties include:

Cooking for the family, this includes their three school-age children
Laundry, ironing
Feeding the family cat and dog
Ensuring the house is presentable, clean and tidy & stocked with food and supplies.
Dealing with tradespeople
Driving duties including occasional school runs
General household duties and running of the property.
Babysitting when needed, including occasional overnight stays

The ideal candidate would be friendly and helpful to everyone who enters the home, whilst having a warm and wholesome presence. Have a discreet nature and be able to use their initiative. You must be a driver with a clean license

Salary: Negotiable please present expectations

Days: Monday - Thursday

Hours: 32 hours 09:00 - 17:00 additional hours may be required from time to time

Start: September

Accommodation: Separate from the main house with one bedroom.
