Live in or Live out Housekeeper/Cook Job in Hampstead, North West London

A couple is looking to hire a Housekeeper/Cook for their property in Hampstead. The couple only reside there for approximately six months of the year. You will work alongside their current housekeeper, who has been with them for many years. When the family is away, the role is three days a week. When they are in residence, the role is full-time, up to a month at a time, and approximately six months of the year. The role can be live-in or live-out.

Duties include:

All housekeeping duties
Laundry, including hand washing
Ironing and steaming
Bed making
Silver polishing
Flower arrangements
Preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Occasional dog sitting

The ideal candidate for this role will be kind, positive, and adaptable. The house has high standards and requires someone with experience. The candidate must be pet-friendly, as the family has small, friendly dogs, and the role includes occasional pet care. You must be a team player as you will work closely with the current housekeeper, who has been with the family for many years.

House: 6 bedrooms with 3 floors

Accommodation: Separate from the main house, above the garage - Bedroom, bathroom, and living room.

Days & Hours: Out of residence: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 hours daily , In residence: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, with flexibility and occasional weekends.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, flexible for the right candidate
