Amazing opportunity for a Live-out Executive Housekeeper for Multiple properties around New York, USA.
We are very pleased to be recruiting for a wonderful family who are seeking a very experience Executive housekeeper to join the team and manage the housekeeping staff across multiple homes. Their main residence is in Long Island, and this is a live-out role.
This family need an organized, detail orientated, experienced Executive Housekeeper, to work alongside the House Manager, to raise the standards across the board.
The successful candidate must:
Have AT LEAST 5 years’ experience in a similar position, either in a private residence or 5* hotel.
Have knowledge on how to care for fragile and delicate items (artwork, antiques, silk furnishings)
Have a driver’s license and feel comfortable driving between properties.
Competent using Microsoft outlook, word, office, excel etc.
Must have a fully flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Must have the right to work in the USA already (no exception)
Duties are as follows:
Oversee full-time housekeeping staff.
Raise and uphold standards and procedures across all the properties.
Manage and train new staff in all standards and procedures.
Create schedules for housekeeping staff.
Oversee and maintain monthly inventories of all linens, fine China, silver, and stemware in all residences and stock control and purchasing of all household supplies.
Oversee the laundry protocols and equipment.
Liaise with House Manager daily.
This family is looking for long-term commitment to the role and is prepared to help train and develop the right person.
As this is a live-out role, you need to be able to commute to work everyday and as such, must already live either in or around Long Island.
The salary range is between $150,000-175,000 GPA with Bonuses.
