Live out Handyman / Gardener Job in Hampshire

A fabulous opportunity to work for a returning client based in Hampshire. The residence is a 5 bedroom recently renovated Cottage and sits on 2.5/3 acres. This is not a main residence and the client has other properties in Oxfordshire and London that you will sometimes be required to travel to.

Someone with electrical or plumbing experience would be desirable.

Duties:

Handyman duties (picture hanging, changing bulbs etc)
Garden maintenance (lawn mowing, strimming, trimming etc)
Window cleaning
Swimming pool maintenance
Maintaining outdoor furniture
Basic DIY and minor repairs
Liaising with contractors
Travel to the other properties in Oxfordshire & London to carry out some works, when required
Security

The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role in Private Households.

Start: ASAP

Working days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8/9am – 4/5pm

Driving: a clean driving licence is essential

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 gpa, negotiable depending on experience
