Live out Rota Housekeeper, Knightsbridge
An exclusive opportunity awaits for a meticulous and experienced Housekeeper to join a distinguished private property in the heart of London.
As a key member of this multiple staffed household, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the impeccable standards of the residence.
This role requires flexibility as you will rotate your days with the other two housekeepers and must cover some weekends and evenings.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Housekeeper in a private residence or luxury hospitality setting; have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; and ability to handle delicate materials and maintain confidentiality. You must have strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks; and be flexible to adapt to the dynamic needs of a private household.
The client prefers a candidate with a minimum of 5 years prior experience working in Housekeeping.
Duties to include:
- Execute daily cleaning routines to ensure all living spaces are immaculate and welcoming
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain an organized and efficient household, overseeing pantry and cleaning supplies
- Table setting and service at the table
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of household items
- Handle delicate surfaces and materials with care, employing specialized cleaning techniques as needed
- Uphold a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling personal and private spaces
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations
This is a position for someone proactive and self-sufficient, who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail. This is a fully staffed household, so it is essential that you can work in a team environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Property: Large house
Working Days and Hours: 40 hours per week, ROTA shifts - 5 days a week including some weekends with 8 hours per day with a 30-minute lunch break and various shift patterns + overtime as needed
Pay: £35,000.00 - £38,000 gross per annum + private medical insurance and bonus scheme
