Live Out Housekeeper/ Nanny role in Cobham
A warm and informal family are seeking a Housekeeper/ Nanny for their modern 5 bedroom home. The position entails a combination of housekeeping and nanny duties for two children, aged 9 and 11.
Responsibilities include maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the household, handling laundry, preparing meals to cater to the entire family, taking charge of the overall organisation of the home, providing transportation for the children from school to various activities, as well as caring for animals.
The ideal candidate should be hardworking, well-organised, and willing to assist in various tasks as needed. Additionally, they should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a good rapport with school-aged children and pre-teens.
As the children are in a number of evening sports classes, the right candidate will be flexible to work two evenings until 9pm.
There are cleaners employed for some of the deeper cleans.
Duties include:
Cleaning and tidying and creating systems for organising the home
Laundry for the family
Supervision of children when they are not at school or in classes
Driving children from school to sports and back home afterwards
Preparing meals for the whole family
Pet care when required
Days: Monday to Thursday (10-hour days) or Monday to Friday (8-hour days)
Hours: 40 hours a week with two days finishing at 6pm and two days at 9pm
