Live-out Housekeeper Job in Central London

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and discreet Housekeeper to join a warm and welcoming family of four in their prestigious and spacious four-storey Central London residence with a non-formal environment.

The family also employs a Nanny, a PA, a daily Chef and a Property Manager. 

They seek a proactive Housekeeper with a positive and adaptable attitude, who is down-to-earth, easy-going, detail-oriented and forward-thinking, and looking for a long-term commitment.

Duties to include:

  • Ensuring high standards of cleaning, laundry, and ironing

  • Organising wardrobes and storage spaces and keeping all areas tidy

  • Changing bed linens and towels

  • Identifying items for specialist dry cleaning and arranging drop-off and collection

  • Keeping the household stocked with household products

  • Liaising with management for the smooth running of the household 

  • Assisting with packing and unpacking

  • Answering doors and assisting with contractor access

  • Undertaking additional tasks as needed

House: four-floor townhouse 

Hours: Monday – Friday, 45 hours, from 10 am to 7 pm + occasional weekends  

Salary: £43,000 - £46,000 Gross per annum (depending on experience)
