Live out Housekeeper /Companion Job near Lost Withiel, Cornwall
We have a lovely position for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper companion to help an elderly couple in their eighties maintain their home to a high standard whilst providing companionship and support for the couple's beautiful 5-bedroom cottage in Cornwall. We seek a compassionate, attentive candidate to assist our clients with day-to-day duties and be a helping hand around the house.
The ideal candidate will be sympathetic, responsible, attentive, detail-oriented and have proven experience working in similar roles and excellent references. There is no personal care involved in the role.
Duties to include:
Cleaning
Laundry and ironing
Cooking simple family-style meals
Providing companionship and support
Other ad hoc duties as required
Driving is essential.
Working week: Monday – Friday
Hours: Part-time or full-time
Start date: As soon as the right candidate is found
Salary: Full-time Live-out up to £43,000 part-time Live-out £20-22 per hour
