Live out Nanny Job, Kings Cross, Mid-November start

A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live out Nanny for their three children aged 4 months, 5 years and 7 years old.

The family would like someone upbeat, kind, and playful, with a lot of energy and a positive attitude. Reliability, punctuality, and organisation skills are especially valued in this household, as is knowledge of educational milestones. Someone with Montessori experience and a good understanding of the British curriculum would also be an advantage.

This is a mixture of sole and shared care, as Mum is studying part-time and will be around.

A DBS dated with the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date first aid certificate are all essential for this role.

Duties:

  • All standard nursery duties

  • Preparing homemade lunches and dinners for the children, with respect of their soy, egg, and gluten allergies (non-anaphylactic)

  • School drop offs and collections (within walking distance)

  • Attending baby classes

  • Helping with homework and staying on top of school calendar

  • Keeping the children’s areas tidy

  • Doing the children’s laundry and bedding

  • Organising educational and creative activities at home

  • Engaging the children in physical games and activities outdoors

Salary: £53,000 gross per annum

Hours:

  • Tuesday to Friday 7.30am to 6.30pm

  • Second and Fourth Thursday of each month: 6.30pm to 11pm

  • First and Third Saturday of each month: 7.30am to noon (ideally - not a deal breaker)

Pets: one dog

Driving: bonus but not essential
