Nanny Job - Edinburgh New Town - Part-time - start ASAP - £20+ GPH

Greycoat Lumleys's client are seeking a Nanny for their family in the New Town area of Edinburgh.  The family has two children age 5 and 8. 

Applicants must be warm, caring and friendly.  Being organised and punctual is important for the smooth running of the families lives.  

A full clean driving licence is a necessity.

Duties Include:

  • Some school collections and running children to after school activities 
  • Weekend babysitting when parents are away
  • Minimum monthly or x2 per 6 weeks overnight or 2 nights mid week staying with children and caring for them while we travel
  • Homework
  • Organise school uniforms and snacks
  • After school snacks, dinner
  • Cook and prepare healthy, nutritious and tasty child friendly snacks and meals 
  • Ability to participate in outdoor activities with the children a must 
  • Bedtime routine
  • Later hours of work twice a week 

There is also the possibility that the Nanny could travel with the family if this was of interest although not essential

Hours:  Ideally 25 hours per week although there is some flexibility - increased for weekend babysitting or midweek stays were required.

Start:  ASAP

Hourly rate:  £20+ GPH
