Our client, a high-end rural country style inn with a key focus on quality food is seeking to hire an experienced operations manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable individual to lead a secure and stable team in a well-respected establishment. Working closely with the owner, this role would suit a friendly yet professional operations manager with a flexible, can do, positive approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Day to day organisation and running of the restaurant, pub and hotel room operations

  • Financial budgeting, management and detailed financial reporting

  • Forecasting and Profit & Loss accounts

  • People management; supporting area supervisors and managers with their work

  • Managing payroll, rotas and overseeing recruitment of permanent and seasonal temporary staff

  • Ensuring high standards are maintained consistently across operations

You will demonstrate

Salary: £45,000 plus bonus and additional incentives
