Corporate Perm Consultant - London
This is a very exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Sector of one of London's leading agencies. We are currently looking for a driven Perms Consultant to join a very busy Perm Hospitality desk! This desk has a lot of jobs but of course we can always have more. So you must be up for BD.
The role is fast-paced and you will need to keep up with that! It is an awesome time to join the team though as it's going through it's continual growth stage! We predominantly work with companies based in the hospitality industry, so if you love that industry but don't love the hours, then this is a great opportunity for you! We welcome those who either come from the industry or who have worked in recruitment before, however there could be some management with this role, so really looking for someone from the industry.

Role Summary
The Perms Controller is part of the London perms team, providing FOH and BOH support to businesses around the UK. Clients include corporate offices, events and catering, venues, stadia and other sporting, hotels, restaurants, livery halls, private members’ clubs and many more. It’s a brilliant opportunity to explore London as well, as you will be on hand at client events and check ins.
This is a key role in delivering our temp offering, and one which has huge opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Taking jobs & vacancy management
Acting as an Account Manager for your clients
Attending client meetings and check-ins
Finding the best candidates for your clients’ needs
Client business development & lead generation
Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients & candidates
CV selection and suitability for vacancies
Screening and interviewing candidates
Adhering to company compliance
Social media posts & ideas
Predicting & forecasting figures
Managing expectations and mediating
