Property Manager Vacancy  - UHNW Family in Nassau County New York

A Private long established family with various residences in the New York area are seeking a Property Manager to join their team, mainly at one of their largest residences in Nassau County, as well as ad-hoc assistance for smaller properties in the City. 

Duties: 

  • Reporting directly to the Estate Manager
  • Take full control of all duties around HVAC, Maintainable & liasing with 3rd party vendors
  • Take full responsibility for Pooling Indoor & Outdoor & liaising with 3rd party Vendors 
  • Smart Home maintenance, including Manuals, training, and liasing with 3rd party vendors 
  • Making sure all fixtures & fittings are repaired and kept in mint condition 

To be considered

  • At least 5 years experience in Property Management for a Large UHNW household or at least 5 years experience as a Facilities Manager for a 5* Hotel or resort 
  • Must live within daily commutable distance of North Nassau County 
  • Must be a driver
  • Must be able to be flexible with working days & hours, and happy to be on call for Ad-Hoc emergencies
  • Must Have a US Passport or Valid US working Visa
