Multi Property Manager Job
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our residential properties in the Westminster and Belgravia areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that all properties are fully functional, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness. There are multiple family members who use these houses at any one time.
Regularly inspect apartments and houses to ensure they are in good working order.
Coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests. - Oversee housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard.
Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff as needed. - Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction.
Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure clear communication with tenants regarding property rules and regulations.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours for emergencies or tenant needs.
Regular travel between properties in Westminster and Belgravia. There will be travel to Dubai, Saudi and Europe as well.
Salary - £70,000 - £75,000 GPA
