Short Term Chef Role
A lovely client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a regular chef and an assistant to work on a shoot estate near Seven Oaks.
They would require help almost every weekend from 5th of October until the end of January 2025. Ideally the same chef but understanding of the fact that you might have already some weekends booked.
Ideally a high level chef who can bring an assistant to the estate. The Assistant would then help with the service and clearing the plates / washing and preparation.
The job would either be for a day or two on the weekend, cooking for up to 10 – 20 guests.
On the days, you will be preparing breakfast, canapes and a shoot lunch. Allergy and dietary requirements will be communicated to the chef when guests are confirmed.
Salary: £350 - £450 PD + 45p per mile
Your assistant salary: £150 PD - depending on experience
Dates: 5th of October until end of January - every weekend. (Except bank holidays)
