Short-Term Live-in Housekeeper/Cook, in Cheshire.
The clients are looking for an experienced Temporary Live In Housekeeper/Cook who will look after their home in Knutsford, Cheshire, while the current Housekeeper is on annual leave.
The main duties include:
- Cleaning the large family home
- Ironing and putting clothes away
- Linen changes weekly
- Make beds daily and freshen bedroom once vacated
- General household duties and running of the property.
- Cooking for the family (mostly children’s meals when they return from school)
- Putting away online food shopping orders
- Retrieve deliveries and mail
The ideal candidate would:
- Be friendly and helpful to everyone who enters the home, whilst having a warm and wholesome presence.
- Have prior experience in working for and around high-profile people.
- Have a discreet nature.
- Have prior experience working with children.
Property: 6 bedrooms, ensuite, dressing room areas, entertainment area, study, in the main house, over 3 floors.
4 bedrooms in the family stables (which will need preparing for Christmas.)
Pets: 1 small dog that will need feeding/walking each day
Salary: £Negotiable
Start: Monday 25th – Thursday 28th of November: Handover with current housekeeper
Friday 29th November to Friday 27th December.
Accommodation: Self contained apartment with bedroom+ ensuite, kitchen/living area
