Short Term live out Part time Housekeeper in central London
A Client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking an experienced Housekeepers to assist in their property in London. The housekeeper is responsible for efficient running of the Residence, ensuring the Residence is kept in clean and presentable.
In addition the position is responsible for maintenance of the property, plant and appliances and housekeeping duties including laundry, ironing, washing, etc.
Duties to include:
Cleaning
Laundry, linen, and ironing
Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
Dealing with deliveries
Running errands if needed
Reporting of general maintenance or replacement requirements (includes linen, appliances and furniture).
Maintain a stock and inventory list of household cleaning materials
Liaising with the Senior Property and Payroll Officer to arrange suitable times for local contractors/suppliers to attend the residence
The ideal candidate will be organise, proactive, and happy to work within the team.
You need to have an up-to-date DBS.
Property: 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms over 3 floors
Days and Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 to 4pm
Salary: £20 gross per hour (on Greycoat Lumley payroll)
