A reflective Christmas, a bright 2021 and a huge thank you to all our clients and candidates
It would be something of an understatement to say that 2020 was a challenging year for everyone. But amidst the uncertainty we managed to achieve a number of things to be proud of this year – perhaps even more so because of the challenges.
We couldn’t be prouder of our teams who worked tirelessly to ensure that, whenever we legally could, we continued our services for you. We know that clients and candidates are reliant on us for so many things but even more so during 2020. Childcare is even more essential when you are trying to keep a business afloat during a pandemic; Estate Managers are even more necessary when you are restricted from visiting second properties, for example. In times of stress, it is even more important that the smooth running of life continues as much as possible and our teams pulled out all the stops to ensure this happened, reassuring our customers to find solutions at every step. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support, loyalty and understanding this year.
As well as weathering the storm that was 2020, we actually thrived in many areas. It was the year that we saw huge growth in our rural operations and demand for childcare, live-in professionals and couples. It was also the year we invested, acquiring Esprit Group and undertaking our largest ever Mumsnet survey so that we can continue to enhance our childcare offering to parents everywhere for years to come and have a better understanding of what parents require from an agency.

That’s right – this new year not only marks the start of a brighter future for all of us but it also marks 25 years of us providing you with private staffing solutions. Among the reasons that we have been established so long is our reputation for providing the best people and our flexibility when it comes to finding the perfect private recruitment solutions. The events of the last year showed us that we can adapt and helped us appreciate the most important things in life.
