Afterschool Tutor/Governor, Notting Hill, September start ideally but flexible for the right candidate
A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Tutor/Governor for their son aged 7 years old who has been diagnosed with ADHD. He is taking medication and going to a mainstream school, but someone with prior SEN experience would nonetheless be ideal.
The family would like someone qualified, with knowledge of the British curriculum, but also playful and good with children. The child has two younger siblings aged 6 and 2 (the 6-year-old has her own tutor). A team-player is essential for this role as Mum is hands-on and there is also a full-time Nanny and a Housekeeper employed.
The family will be away during the month of August so this position will start in September 2024 ideally
A DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date first aid certificate are all essential for this role.
Duties:
School runs
Tutoring
Helping with homework
Babysitting up to three nights a week
Being an extra pair of hands
Salary: negotiable DOE, please state your hourly rate upon applying
Days: three to five days a week (family is flexible)
Hours: 2pm to 8pm (family is flexible)
Driving: bonus
Language: English essential, second language a bonus
