As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for running a section of the Kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
- Running your designated section within the kitchen when on duty.
- Following high standards of food hygiene and following health & safety guidelines

Salary: £31,000 Gross per annum
Start: ASAP but flexible for the right CDP
