Formal House Manager Opportunity - Singapore, UHNW Principals 

A very successful client based in the sought after location of Singapore is seeking a highly experienced House Manager to mainly assist the female principal with the running, organising and managing of the home. 

Details: 

  • Live-in position based in one of the most exclusive residences in Singapore

  • Client is a very successful Business man and his wife (children are grown up)

  • Staff circa 9-10 including chefs, drivers & maids 

  • Very formal home, strict uniforms and manuals for tasks

  • F&B is a key part of the role, including hospitality 

  • Mainly assisting the female principal with the aim of being her right hand in the house

To be considered

  • Must have EUROPEAN or PALACE LEVEL house management experience

  • Must be fluent in English (desirable languages Mandarin or Bahasa) 

  • Longevity in positions is very important to this principal and must have verifiable references

  • Must have a formal mindset, ideally with a 5* hotel / resort background

  • Must be free of personal ties to live-in without distraction 

  • Must have excellent F&B skills and background 

  • Ideally be a driver 

Benefits

  • Salary of Circa $120,000 to $180,000 DOE gross per annum (tax circa 15-18%) 

  • Separate Room and Bathroom (Large) in a different wing of the house

  • Long term contract, we are seeking someone for the long term

  • All VISA's flights and expenses covered
