Housekeeping/Personal Assistant role Edinburgh

Greycoat Lumley's client are seeking a Housekeeper for their property in New Town Edinburgh.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dog lover, who also has high standards of Housekeeping, to work in the centre of Edinburgh.  This is a permanent long-term role and offers security.

Applicants must have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail, the client likes to have things always kept in order. 

Duties Include:

Dog Walking / Care

  • Daily morning, lunch and early evening walks (the clients and a dog walker will also do some of the walks) Some walks will be a drive away so the dog can be off the lead. 
  • Feeding the dog and food reordering 

General Housekeeping / Personal Assistant tasks

  • Going to supermarkets / markets / food ordering / basic food / ad hoc basic meal preparation
  • Keep home clean and tidy
  • Emptying the dishwasher
  • Putting washes/dryer on
  • Keeping stock of cleaning products and other general items around the house and purchasing more when needed
  • Cleaning and ironing of laundry
  • Changing beds
  • Errands and online shopping
  • Charging the car

Clean driving licence is essential

Salary: £15 per hour + annual bonus

Hours per week: 35 - 40

Days: Monday to Friday
