Live-In Housekeeper and Dog Sitter Job in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex

A welcoming family seeks a reliable and responsible dog lover to care for their three dogs and maintain their six-bedroom home. The owners live abroad, visiting every 8-10 weeks for up to a month at a time.

Ideal Candidate:

Animal lover with experience in pet care
High standard of cleanliness and housekeeping
Trustworthy and able to work independently
Comfortable with a flexible schedule

Living Arrangements:

You will have your own living space in a separate 2 bedroom accommodation, an en suite bathroom, a further shower room kitchen and living room close to the main home. Family would consider someone with a partner and one dog will be considered. Sorry, no cats.

Key Responsibilities:

Dog Care:
Daily walks and exercise
Feeding and caring for the dogs
Regular vet visits as needed
Housekeeping:
Thorough cleaning and tidying of the main house
Laundry and Ironing
Ensuring the home is dust-free and well-maintained
Coordinating with contractors for any necessary work
Schedule:
Working Days: Monday – Friday: Dog Walks, Dog Care and Housekeeping
Weekends: Dog Walks and Dog Care, someone will help out on occasions.
