Live in OR Live out Housekeeper Cook Job, St Johns Wood

We have a wonderful position for an organised, professional and experienced Housekeeper Cook to join a semi formal household in St Johns Wood. This is the main residence for a mature couple, with their two little dogs. The couple do have grown up children and a number of grandchildren who visit on occasion. The candidate must love dogs.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Daily housekeeping (5bedrooms)
Care of marbles, wooden floors and tiles
Laundry, linen and ironing
Deep cleaning and seasonal changes
Dress the home
Wardobe management
Care of fine fabrics and delicate clothing
Dry cleaning, hand washing and clothes maintenance
Daily organising of the home
Kitchen support to the lady of the house
Clear after evening meal
Occasional informal cooking
Provisioning for the household
Run errands
Pet sit and house sit when the couple travel

Start date: January 2025

Working week: Monday – Friday (Occasional Sunday might be required, agreed in advance)

Working hours: Live in 8am – 8pm (2-hour break during the day) Live out 8am – 5pm

Accommodation: Staff flat, separate from the main house

Salary: £40 - £47k depending on Live in OR live out
