Live-in or Live-out Housekeeper/Cook Job, Blackrock, Dublin

Greycoat Lumley's client are a residence in the South of Dublin- Blackrock they are looking for a Live-in, professional Housekeeper/Cook to start ASAP.

The residence is a Large 6-bedroom property. This is the Principle's main residence. They do tend to travel and work takes them away from the property.

The Housekeeper will need to work to a high standard, be efficient- there is also a cleaner who comes daily, and the duties will be split accordingly.

Duties needed (but not limited to):

All general Housekeeping of the residence
Laundry
Ironing
Cleaning external areas- driveways etc
Running errands
Preparing simple breakfasts- Teas/coffees, cereals
Cooking simple dinners- Traditional homestyle meals- No fish
Food and amenities shopping

Ideal person:

Flexible
Uses own initiative
Friendly
Driver would be a plus

Location: Blackrock- Dublin

Accommodation: Separate Cottage next to the main residence- 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Kitchen and living area

Working Hours: 40 hours per week- flexibility is needed from day to day

Days: Monday - Friday- with some flexibility needed on occasion

Salary: 45,000 Euros Gross per annum
