Live Out Houseman/Handyman job in Belgravia, London

A great opportunity for a dedicated Houseman to join an energetic team. The successful candidate will be a meticulous Houseman who can work independently as well as a part of a team.

The residence is a large flat at the top of this 6-floor building where the offices are. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order to 5-star hotel standards at the residence and the 6-floor building.

The family visits their beautiful high-end residence, 5 to 6 times per year and as the apartment features antiques, a good knowledge of products is required.

This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work alongside another full time Houseman and the Head Housekeeper.

Private or hotel experience required.

Duties to include:

General cleaning duties
Vacuuming, mopping. dusting
Carpet cleaning
Assisting with moving furniture
Jet washing of internal courtyard
Keep the exterior of the building clean and tidy
Resetting meeting rooms, replenishing pantries etc
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as light bulb replacement
Support the Workplace Experience Manager when needed
Setting up and clearing up meetings rooms
Serving refreshments at meetings

Property: 6 floors building, one-floor residence

Working week: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm or 10:00 am - 7:00 pm with an hour lunch break

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 GPA
