Short Term Nanny, Kent, 27th November 2024 – May 2025
A client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a warm, calm and discreet temporary nanny to look after her two children who are currently 8 months and 2 years old.
The role is focused on the younger child as the older child has her own nanny during the day. The younger child is currently waking once or twice in the night but is moving to a solid dinner in the next month and the current maternity nurse thinks he should be sleeping through the night by the start of the role. The older child sleeps through 19:00 – 5:30.
Experience with similar aged children, a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service and an up to date first aid certificate are all essential for this role.
Duties:
Mix of sole and shared care
Child related Laundry
Keeping bedroom and play areas clean tidy and relevant
Cooking healthy meals and Continued weaning
Organising classes and age appropriate outings and trips
Age appropriate play and stimulation
Educational play
Bath and bedtime
Occasional international travel (Packing, organising trips and stimulation)
Salary: £300 gross per day
Days: 5 consecutive days per week – will need to be flexible on which days
Hours: 24/5
Pets: Cats
Babysitting: NA
Driving: Essential – A car will be provided
Accommodation: Own bedroom
Language: Fluent in English
