Russian speaking Travelling Butler Opportunity - Based in Cyprus,
KINDLY NOTE. YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN RUSSIAN & ENGLISH (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
We are seeking a full time travelling Butler / PA, for a Russian speaking family who travel frequently for business and pleasure throughout the year. You will be based in Cyprus, and will be on hand to assist with all business and personal travel for this UHNW family.
Duties:
Main duty is to fly AHEAD of the family to make sure all hotel rooms are suitable and transfer arrangements are set
You will be tasked with booking the best restaurants, the best tables in the restaurants as this client only likes the best of the best
You will be require to book the best seats at theatres. opera houses and you must go and inspect seating beforehand to check for any detracting details
You may be required to drive on occasion although not essential
You will be fluent in Russian & English (this is non-negotiable and any applications from non Russian speakers will not be considered)
Liaise with a global team of Private & Business PA's to make sure all trips are executed with precision and without incident
Provide table service
Wardrobe Management
Packing, Unpacking and loading of luggage (heavy luggage)
To be considered:
We are open to any nationality as long as you are fluent in Russian & English (non negotiable)
You must have verbally verifiable background as a butler, Valet to Billionaire level clients
You must have formal butler training or academy certification
You must be free of personal ties, that will allow you to travel frequently without interruption
Be highly professional and always have a hospitality mindset
