Private Chef Job - North Yorkshire - start ASAP - separate accommodation provided - £50,000+ GPA Our client is looking to recruit a Private Chef to look after a large formal country house in North Yorkshire. The property has 7 bedrooms and is used as a part-time residence by a couple and other business executives who will be travelling between Yorkshire and Canada.  The house is used for 2.5 / 3 weeks out of every month and staff must be flexible to work longer hours when the house is in use and then take their time off when the property is not in use.  The position includes accommodation on the estate, all bills paid Duties will include: Cooking for the principle and other executives Menu planning and shopping Weekdays – light breakfast to be laid out and a take away lunch that can be heated or plated at the office. Preparation and service of an evening meal. Weekends – a more formal level of service my be required. Keeping the kitchen area clean and well organised Overseeing any additional staff that may need to be drafted in if the residents are entertaining Front of house duties, meeting and greeting guests Laying up the dining room Working hours – are full-time when the principle is in residence and then minimal when they are away although you would receive a full salary year round. Couple Job Bavaria - Beautiful Historic Castle  A lovely young family of three (Male and Female Principals and their young son 1.5 years) are seeking a capable Domestic couple.  They hope to find a domestic couple who are mainly focused on the interior care and housekeeping tasks of a large historic castle near the city of Augsburg.  This being said, only 2 of the bedrooms need daily Housekeeping, care and attention. The other bedroom needs regular upkeep and should not be ignored however they are rarely used by guests or extended family. The candidates should be able to provide for daily household cooking for three people.
