Major Domo / Estate Manager Job - ONLY OPEN TO U.S CANDIDATES

We have an exclusive opportunity for a high-caliber, Top Notch, Major Domo / Estate Manager to be the right hand to the principals on their 4 Residences in the USA & London, UK. The main residence is in Palm Beach, Florida and we are only seeking candidates with either a home near Palm Beach or willing to relocate with speed and ease. 

Duties: 

  • Major Domo (Right hand to the principals) on all property, staff and admin related issues with 4 residences in Palm Beach, New York City, The Hamptons and London, UK. 

  • Extensive travel to all the 4 residences, so will only suit those with no set personal commitments

  • The main mission for the Major Domo is to bring uniformity and a clear, distinct level of cleanliness, readiness and organization in all residences.

  • Be the first point of contact for the principals

  • Be the main contact for 3rd party vendors, suppliers and contract workers

  • Manage staff and rota’s including seasonal and event staff

  • Be hands on when required to cover and to assist 

To be considered

  • Must have a USA Passport or Valid Green Card (non-negotiable)

  • Must be fluent in clear English (Spanish an advantage)

  • Must have a residence in or around Palm Beach, Florida or able to relocate with ease

  • Must be able to travel to the other residences, and stay for short to medium term stays, as well as travel to the UK with short notice on occasion

  • Must have references that can be verified as an Estate Manager / Major Domo for HNW/UHNW families & individuals, ideally with longevity in positions

  • Ideally a hospitality background in Butlering or 5* concierge

Benefits

  • Salary DOE of $175,000 to $200,000 + Benefits

  • Frequent travel including London, UK with all costs and accommodation provided

  • Transport provided in remote locations

  • 5 days per week typically, flexibility required when travelling
