For over 25 years, we have been matching clients with live-in couples who can manage their homes and estates whether they are home or away. The benefits of this ever-popular staffing solution are many: couples already work well together and support each other; they will have numerous skills between them and be able to multi-task; they are likely to stay with the same family for many, many years.

Our couples are experienced, highly-skilled and happy to multi-task, managing duties such as:

  • Housekeeping and hands-on cleaning

  • Maintenance gardening

  • Household DIY

  • Driving

  • Cooking

  • Childcare

  • Pet care

Some Couples are specialists and will provide a much more focused service using a specific combination of skills, such as Household Manager and Chef, or Butler and Housekeeper, or Head Gardener and Part Time Housekeeper. Greycoat Lumleys professional couples are able to take care of your home or estate when you are away and offer a very warm welcome when you return.
