The calibre of our Ski Chefs is second to none and we have an unrivalled international database of talented candidates who can prepare high-quality cuisine with flair, passion and excellent presentation skills. Our Ski Chefs, experienced at working in the best resorts, are used to providing all meals, six days per week during season, carrying out duties such as

All catering for chalet guests
Food shopping and sourcing of local produce
Budgeting and basic accounts
Catering for special dietary requirements
Menu planning, including discussing and communicating menus with guests prior to arrival and whilst in resort
