Our Ski Chefs, experienced at working in the best resorts, are used to providing all meals, six days per week during season, carrying out duties such as

  • All catering for chalet guests

  • Food shopping and sourcing of local produce

  • Budgeting and basic accounts

  • Catering for special dietary requirements

  • Menu planning, including discussing and communicating menus with guests prior to arrival and whilst in resort
